12.06.2025 - Signing of Significant Contract 

ASCENDIA S.A. informs its investors that, on June 12, 2025, it has signed a significant contract with a private partner, valued at RON 3,000,000 plus VAT.

The contract will run for a period of 12 months, is non-recurring, and involves the provision of LIVRESQ licenses for the creation of open educational resources as part of a software solution integrating multiple functionalities. The end beneficiary of the project is an institution in the education sector.

This initiative strenghtens ASCENDIA’s position as one of the leaders in delivering comprehensive e-learning solutions, at a time when the transition of education toward digitalization is a strategic priority at both the national and European levels.
