What I appreciate most about Ascendia is the excellent workmanship and quality of both the synthesis of information and the graphics.
Being part of an international company, the PETROTEL-LUKOIL refinery in Ploiesti has taken over the organisational culture of the parent company, in which employee training occupies a very important place. Since 2015 the company has provided us with their e-Learning platform but for us this proved ineffective due to the language barrier that made it difficult to access and navigate the platform. For the same reason we also had a very limited number of Courses available for our employees.
In 2016, following a market research we ended up collaborating with ASCENDIA company to develop digital Courses customized for us. Since then we have been expanding our library of courses, which was very helpful in the employee training process. The disadvantages of the existing platform in the organisation persisted so in 2021 we decided to purchase the Coffee LMS platform from ASCENDIA which offered us many opportunities for easy data management. The 24/7 accessibility, easy management of learner accounts, groups and courses, as well as the reports that can be generated from Coffee LMS, the availability of the interface in multiple languages are just a few aspects for which we found the platform very effective.
Next we decided to expand our library even more, that's why we purchased a package of 106 eJourneys mini-courses developed by Ascendia in partnership with Trend Consult on the soft skills side for personal development, and in parallel we continued to develop our courses as well."
