For me it's a super interesting project with super cool people. I learned a lot during my collaboration with Ascendia. I discovered a new field for me. I thank my partners at Ascendia for the kindness and the good mood they always exude.

Linella, the largest national chain of stores in the Republic of Moldova, has always been attentive to domestic and international market trends, being at least in step with the times, if not anticipating them. Development, modernization and innovation have always been at the top of the company's concerns, whether they concerned new store concepts, the launch of own brands, increasing the professionalism of employees or social responsibility actions.

With a domestic network of over 128 stores and a team of around 4000 employees, one of the challenges Linella faced was the large number of people to train in a short time: many employees + few trainers = low training efficiency for linear staff. If we also bring into the equation the restrictions caused by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, we are faced with a very thorny problem.

The solution came thanks to Ascendia's eLearning platform, Coffee LMS, and bespoke courses created specifically for Linella. With these, Linella was able to train a very large number of learners (around 1000 cashiers) simultaneously, with the information being accessible 24 hours a day, from anywhere there is an internet connection and from any device (computer/laptop, tablet, smartphone). In addition, the HR/Training/Administrative department was able to evaluate a large number of learners with minimal effort, with progress reports and grades for each employee automatically generated by Coffee LMS when needed.

Success was guaranteed! A dry and tedious process, strung out over 20-30 pages, has come to colour and life, becoming easy to navigate and remember thanks to the interactivity of bespoke courses."
