"E-learning has been part of the HR practices used to support and develop Groupama Romania employees for over 10 years. With over 1300 employees and 600 collaborators, we needed a more user-friendly LMS platform that was easier to access, provided greater visibility on reports and was easier to manage.

With CoffeeLMS, all our employees and collaborators now have easier access to courses, which are just a click away, regardless of location or device. At the same time, we can more easily track everyone's journey and interest in development, both personal and professional.

With the implementation of CoffeeLMS, we also chose the eJourneys package from the Ascendia portfolio, which has increased the diversity of topics in the course catalogue offered on the platform. Groupama Romania's employees and collaborators have access to a wide range of courses, which they access according to their individual interests, with many of the topics covered in eJourneys complementing those discussed in the various webinars. The dynamics and structure of the courses are very interesting and the content of the courses is useful, easy to follow and practical.

In addition to off-the-shelf courses, as in any company, we also needed customised material, tailored to the internal specifics.
