ADR - courses for new technologies
Description
The ADR (Authority for the Digitalization of Romania) project called "Advanced Technology Skills for SMEs" funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) aims to digitalize at least 2000 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Romania by strengthening the digital skills of employees and specializing the workforce in advanced technology areas.
Ascendia, as consortium leader and selected partner, together with its partners, will provide asynchronous+synchronous training courses in the following areas:

EMPASS: The Employment Skills Pass
Description
EMPASS is a European project funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Forward Looking program. It aims to develop a micro-certificate of employability skills called EMPASS: The Employment Skills Pass. The main aim of the project is to provide young Europeans with the necessary tools to acquire and validate essential skills for the labor market, facilitating the transition from education to employment.
Impact:
- The Empass project will have a significant impact on the preparation of young people for the labor market, contributing to the development of transversal and technical skills needed for employment. It offers a solution for validating skills through a combination of online assessments and practical challenges, tailored to the evolving requirements of employers.

National Campaign - Protection through Education - Digital Security
Description
The "Protection through Education: Digital Security" campaign aims to make a significant difference in the community by offering free e-learning courses about online safety. The main aim is to raise awareness of cyber security risks and to provide the knowledge and tools needed to surf the internet safely. The campaign partners have created courses for students (Safe Money on the Internet, Internet addiction, Preventing child pornography, Managing data online) and courses for teachers, parents and educators (Cyber security - general access, Digital safety for children).

E-learning Portal and 195 E-learning Lessons
Description
Ascendia has completed the delivery of a comprehensive e-learning solution tailored to meet the diverse educational needs of children and adolescents from the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture. This project included the development and deployment of an e-learning portal and of 195 SCORM-compliant e-learning lessons spanning various age groups: 3-5, 6-9, 10-13, and 14-16 years. These lessons covered critical subjects such as Science, Math, Health and Safety, Cultural Studies, Art Studies, Social Studies, and Language & Literature. The content was developed in both Arabic and English to ensure accessibility and inclusivity for a broader audience.

LIVRESQ for secondary level - Bacau City Hall
Description
Ascendia has provided licenses for its LIVRESQ e-learning authoring tool, to educational institutions in Bacau, contributing to the improvement of the learning process. The digitization of education will bring long-term benefits to the community and set an example for other municipalities to follow.
The project is through EU funds - PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan).
