About the Trainer and the Introductory Session – Artificial Intelligence Course
The first session was led by Ana-Maria Stancu, CEO of Bucharest Robots and founder of RoboHub. Ana-Maria is the first Eastern European representative in the euRobotics organization and coordinates an ECDL Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence, offering training and certification in the field.
In the introductory synchronous session, Ana-Maria created an open and collaborative atmosphere. Although it was the first meeting between the trainer and the trainees, the session started with a round of introductions, where each participant discussed their activity and expectations related to the course. Ana-Maria intervened specifically with suggestions for integrating artificial intelligence into each participating company's area, providing concrete examples and possible implementation directions.
Moreover, she noted every challenge mentioned, aiming to return to participants during the course with tailored resources, solutions, and recommendations. This personalized approach was highly appreciated by the participants and significantly contributes to the high quality of Ascendia’s training program.
