Mr. Malureanu's experience as Sole Director of the company dates back to the company's inception in 2007. Until that moment, Cosmin has built his professional career through his studies at ASE, where he graduated with a degree in Economic Engineering. Later he won the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010" Europe award. In 2014 he won the "E-Skills for Jobs 2014 - Digital Entrepreneurship" award - offered by the European Commission at EU level for the results achieved with the company, and in 2017 he received the "Leave a Mark" award from the Romanian Business Leaders Foundation.
The advisory board part is a priority. We have the people, we are working on the procedure and we hope to announce the composition by the end of the year. On the stock option plan side we have put the seeds in place in previous AGMs and we are almost ready with the documents. Most likely we will be able to get it going in 2023.
