Cosmin MălureanuCo-Founder & CEO

Mr. Malureanu's experience as Sole Director of the company dates back to the company's inception in 2007. Until that moment, Cosmin has built his professional career through his studies at ASE, where he graduated with a degree in Economic Engineering. Later he won the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010" Europe award. In 2014 he won the "E-Skills for Jobs 2014 - Digital Entrepreneurship" award - offered by the European Commission at EU level for the results achieved with the company, and in 2017 he received the "Leave a Mark" award from the Romanian Business Leaders Foundation.

Alex MălureanuCo-Founder & CMO

Alex Mălureanu attended the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (Banks and Stock Exchanges). Passionate about capital markets, digital education, but also eager to create a real positive impact in society, Ascendia was a natural step forward for him. Currently, he serves as Marketing Director at the Issuer, where he is in charge of designing and overseeing the marketing and communication strategy, developing new eLearning and mLearning products, and overseeing the development of the company's websites and portals.

Adriana MălureanuDirector of Programmes and Structural Funds

Adriana Mălureanu has extensive knowledge in the field of education and professional training acquired during several study programs, currently studying for a PhD in education at the University of Bucharest. Within the Issuer, Adriana holds the position of Director of Programs and Structural Funds, being responsible for the research and development of educational modules in digital format, pedagogical research for company projects, as well as writing and publishing books/manuals on topics related to school education.

Daniel ComănescuFinancial Director

A dynamic person with a strong sense of duty, loyalty and team spirit, with a professional career in finance and expertise in financial and accounting activities, Daniel Comanescu holds the position of CFO at Ascendia. Within the Issuer, Daniel is in charge of managing the accounting department, implementing legislative changes and monitoring the correct application, drafting budgets for various activities, including projects financed by European funds, drafting financial documentation for credit lines and others.
