We are looking for a technical and administrative support person who can help Ascendia's internal departments. The job will range from inventory reports to helping with software installations for the rest of the colleagues. See below for more details.
Requirements:

Active, highly organized and structured person, able to coordinate and manage multiple technical and administrative support activities in parallel;

Ability to work in a team, effective communication skills - written and spoken;

Customer-oriented, result-oriented, proactive attitude;

Good knowledge of English;

General knowledge of IT.
Responsibilities:

Provides administrative, technical support within Ascendia;
-
Supports management activities;
-
Completes and reports bugs received from customers in JIRA;
-
Provides support and reports in monthly, quarterly and/or annual inventory activities;

Updates inventory database and maintains records;
-
Is responsible for the incoming inventory database in order to provide timely IT equipment and spare parts information;

Produces specific quality reports for customers and general quality reports for management (periodic and on demand) or as per procedures in place;

Collaborates with other internal departments, partners and third party firms to resolve requests from customers;

Manages and analyses information related to Ascendia requests, contracts and services in the portfolio and prepares specific reports;

Actively contributes to the optimization and automation of technical and administrative support workflows and procedures for Ascendia customers;

Proactively supports initiatives to develop or improve Ascendia services.
