We want to expand the team with 3 people willing to develop educational software together with the team they will be part of. It is mandatory that they have experience in developing e-learning modules. We are looking for IDs with ID experience. 

The Instructional Designer must, on the basis of existing materials (curriculum, books, training materials, etc.), extract the information to be conveyed to the learner, organize it into an online lesson design and create the specifications for various multimedia materials to be developed by graphic designers and programmers, as well as enter the pedagogical information into the authoring-tool.

Main responsibilities and duties:
- Analyses theoretical support and creates scenarios for lessons in digital format.
- On the basis of the scenarios develop production specifications, extended scenarios with specifications for the development of digital applications
- Applies innovative thinking and creative solutions that reflect client needs and specifications
- Collaborates with graphic designers and programmers and provides clarification when necessary
- Ensures that all training materials produced are consistent with identified needs, are easy to understand and use by users
- Will work predominantly with LIVRESQ and our company specific internal tools

Requirements - ideal candidate:
- Understand technology and how it can be used as an educational tool
- Has experience as an Instructional Designer / Educational Software Designer (required)
- Knowledge of design and instructional methodologies (required)
- Has the ability to adapt to any subject in a short time, understanding it to the point where he/she can create a course for it
- Understands the eLearning market
- Understands how LMS platforms work
- Has very good communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory)
- Knows Microssoft Office suite (especially Word, Power Point and Excel) (required)
- Is oriented towards finding solutions to problems, not delegating them
- Knows at least one of the established eContent creation programs (LIVRESQ, Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc)
- is fluent in English - both written and spoken (at least intermediate level)
