Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Middle (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Executive (>10 years); On-site, Full-time – 1 position.

We are looking for a customer success manager, who has worked in B2B, with excellent communication, negotiation skills and strong individual organisational skills.

Your main responsibility will be to proactively help customers get the most value from the contractual relationships they have with Ascendia, which will lead to higher satisfaction with products purchased, increased retention for the company, renewals, contract extensions and referrals. You will work closely with these customers and help them meet their goals related to the services and products they receive from Ascendia.

You will work closely with the Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams.

 

Key tasks:

  • Identify customer needs, resources and goals in relation to the company's products and services.

  • Onboarding and implementation support provided to Ascendia customers

  • Answering questions related to Ascendia product functionality

  • Answering questions related to contractual terms and obligations (subscriptions, terms of use, limitations, extensions, etc).

  • Generate recommendations and actions related to customer objectives

  • Creation of customer success stories for each customer

  • Involvement in the recruitment process of the customer success team

  • Communication with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Account) in a technology company. Working in a company that has developed SaaS products is an advantage.

  • Ability to understand and use SaaS products

  • Customer-oriented. You know how to get to the question behind the question and are genuinely focused on helping customers meet their goals.

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to work in a structured way
